Message Plus Call Centers was founded in New York with just a simple approach in running a successful call center, and that is to focus on giving each account the individual care it deserves, rather than focusing on the volume. With this uncomplicated model, MPH has grown its call center over the past 50 years through repeat business and lasting customer relationships. Thus, with this principle, it established the position in the industry as a superior provider or call center services to all types of business.

It started with only small 10 seat call center, and now boastfully to have the large 20,000 sq feet call center facility. In consonance with this achievement, the owners could never imagine the standing of the call center today as it had a very humble beginnings.
